Shipping Policy

At FITTHREADZONE, we currently offer Free Shipping on all orders to the United States.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or severe weather, may impact delivery times.

3. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

FITTHREADZONE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Since our primary market is the United States, standard domestic shipping regulations apply.
