We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from FITTHREADZONE. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.

1. Return Window

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all included accessories (such as the skinny belt, tote/garment bag, or scarf). If the item shows signs of use, the return will be rejected.

Note: There are no "final sale" restrictions at this time. All items are subject to this standard return policy.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items to ensure we receive your package safely.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@fitthreadzone.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the exact return shipping address and instructions.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

6. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within 1 to 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered the processing or shipping phase, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the standard return process once the item is delivered.

7. Warranties

We do not offer any separate or extended warranties on our products. Items are covered under our standard 90-day return policy for unused items.
